The BRC Global Standards in Food Safety – Internal Auditor Course is 2 days. The course is delivered through a mixture of workshop led discussions, practical activities and PowerPoint presentations. This course is ideal for Quality / Technical Managers, personnel responsible for managing an internal auditing schedule and personnel responsible for undertaking internal audits as required by BRC standards. The course will give delegates a full understanding of how to undertake internal audits and prepare companies for Third Party Audits. There is on going assessment and work place audit to be submitted for this course.
