BRC Consultancy

Santia Food Safety Services carry out consultancy against: BRC Global Food Safety Standard (Issue 6) and BRC Global Standard for Storage and Distribution Standard (Issue 2).

Our Consultants can implement a Safety System for your business ensuring it meets the relevant BRC Standard clause by clause. If you already have a system in place our consultants can carry out a pre BRC assessments to ensure your system meets the standard.

Our Consultants can also assist your site on the day of your BRC audit to advise and steer you successfully through the audit.

Gap Analysis against Global Standard in Food Safety (Issue 6)

Santia Food Safety Services can complete a Gap Analysis against your existing Food Safety Management System to the requirements of the BRC Global Standard in Food Safety (Issue 6).

We can complete a 1 day Gap Analysis – where we review your systems and recommend improvements. We will provide you with a list of areas where we recommend improvement so your site can effectively prepare for its accredited audit.

This service is ideal for clients who are already certified against Issue 5 and want an experienced Issue 6 Consultant to review their systems.

HACCP Consultancy

Under the Food Hygiene Regulations 2006 there is now a legal requirement for Food Operators to ensure their Food Safety Management System is based on the HACCP Principles.

This means Food Operators require a documented system which will identify what could go wrong and ensuring it doesn’t.

Santia Food Safety Services can help your site prepare a HACCP Plan which contains clear and practical procedures with easy to use forms which will demonstrate that you are complying with the Food Hygiene Regulations.

We can provide the HACCP Manual in a hard copy or the HACCP Manual can be electronic form so you can print off the procedures and forms when you need them.
